Artificial Intelligence has proven to be a very important and useful technology for mankind. However, with an increase in its popularity, the world has come to know about a lot of its demerits too. These demerits and potentially dangerous implications of AI can lead to drastic consequences. But, if we want to protect ourselves from these adverse scenarios, then we should take practical steps to regularize this technology.
The formulation and enactment of the AI Act by the EU Parliament is one of the prime examples of this. By enacting the EU AI Act, the Union’s parliament has shown its interest in ensuring that AI is used only for the betterment and development of mankind. In this course, we will take a look at the foundational aspects of this Act. Designed especially for AI enthusiasts and people with an interest in cyber laws and AI governance, this course aims to impart knowledge on the importance of making legislation for AI systems, solving ethical dilemmas associated with AI, and the basic framework of the AI Act.
Moreover, the course also explains the categories of AI systems and applications as described in the Act. The scope of the EU AI Act has also been explained in the course, along with penalties imposed by the Act. Some ways of ensuring compliance with the Act are also mentioned, and a case study has been added to show the practical implication of these strategies.
This course provides an in-depth understanding of data security principles, privacy frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Participants will learn how to identify data risks, implement appropriate security controls, manage privacy obligations, and respond effectively to data incidents. The training emphasizes practical application, real-world case studies, and best practices aligned with international standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and other applicable data protection laws.

The fundamental duties of a customer service worker (CSW) are to answer customer questions and resolve problems. Success often depends on how well the CSW can connect with customers on a personal level. In this customer service course, we discuss skills related to creating and relaying a professional and helpful attitude, creating a strong first impression, communicating well verbally and non-verbally, and – most importantly – understanding exactly what your customer needs and wants.
Customer service workers employ a variety of tools and technologies to discern their customer's needs and wants and this is very important as it maximizes customer satisfaction and minimizes complications. Since the flow of customer connections can flood quickly, CSWs need to be able to multitask effectively and efficiently, manage their time, and network with the co-workers who also serve on their team. In the second module, we review these critical skill sets.
A customer service position may only require job candidates to have earned a high school diploma, in addition to having solid communication and problem-solving skills. On-the-job training, which may last two to three weeks, is typically necessary to learn about the needs of the customers your particular company serves. There are roughly 2.2 million customer service jobs in the United States, and job growth in this industry is consistently good. If you are good with people, enjoy working in a team and believe that going above-and-beyond for customers is the minimum expectation, then you should enrol for this customer service course in order to refine your skills and kickstart your career as a customer service representative.
